Sara Phipps
Project Officer
I have worked in an education environment since 2021. My first role was 14-19 School Liaison Officer for Coleg y Cymoedd followed by Employability and Enterprise Coach in Merthyr College. Both roles required me working with a range of students from all different backgrounds, something I really enjoy doing.

Michelle Snell

My passion particularly lies working with students with additional learning needs and those who need extra support. In my previous project I was responsible for creating practical workshops to develop young people's understanding of vocational education.

Gwenno Williams
Project Officer
My name's Gwenno Williams and I'm a Project and Marketing Officer for Reaching Wider in South Wales. I'm a native Welsh speaker originally from the Lleyn Peninsula in North West Wales but I relocated to South Wales to pursue my studies. While completing my Bachelor's degree in Business Management at Cardiff University, I worked as a student mentor, student representative and a key stage 3 cover teacher locally in Cardiff. It was then in the following year, I joined the Reaching Wider team part-time while studying for my Master's in Strategic Marketing. I've now been with Reaching Wider for nearly two years.
